AOPACK has completed the installation of its first BM2800-Ultra box making machine with integrated digital printing in China. The machine is now running at a corrugated packaging manufacturer in Henan, supporting the customer’s daily production of digitally printed corrugated boxes.

BM2800-Ultra Running in Real Production
The video begins at the front-edge feeding area of the BM2800-Ultra. A pallet of corrugated sheets is placed in front of the machine, and operators load the sheets into the feeding section.
In this production order, the corrugated sheets are 2673 mm long. Because of the sheet length, two operators work together to place the sheets into the feeding area more conveniently. After loading a stack of sheets, the operators can wait for the next feeding cycle while the machine continues the production process.
The camera then shows the machine’s Windows-based control interface. The screen displays a real production order using the FEFCO 0201 box type setup interface. From this interface, operators can manage the box making parameters and digital printing settings directly through AOPACK software.
Digital Printing Directly on Corrugated Board
After the machine setup screen, the video moves to the discharge area of the BM2800-Ultra. Finished corrugated sheets are automatically discharged from the machine and transferred through a roller support frame to the operator’s collection area.
The printed sheets show clear digital printing results, including QR codes, numerical information, size details, and handling marks such as “This Side Up” and “Handle with Care” symbols.
These printed elements are applied directly onto the corrugated board during production. This demonstrates the BM2800-Ultra’s ability to combine digital printing with box making in one integrated workflow.
For corrugated manufacturers, this type of digital printing capability is especially useful for customized packaging, short-run orders, product identification, logistics marks, variable information, and branded corrugated boxes.

From BM2508-Pro to BM2800-Ultra
This installation is also an important example of customer trust and repeat cooperation.
Before purchasing the BM2800-Ultra, the customer had already installed an AOPACK BM2508-Pro box making machine. During the latest production video, the BM2508-Pro can be seen running next to the BM2800-Ultra in the same workshop.
The two machines are installed side by side and operate simultaneously, supporting the customer’s flexible corrugated box production requirements.
The BM2508-Pro continues to handle regular box making tasks, while the BM2800-Ultra adds integrated digital printing capability for orders that require printed information, custom graphics, QR codes, handling marks, and variable data.
This side-by-side production setup shows how different AOPACK machines can work together to expand production capacity and improve flexibility for corrugated packaging manufacturers.
Integrated Digital Printing and Box Making Workflow
BM2800-Ultra is designed for manufacturers that need to combine digital printing and corrugated box converting in one machine.
The system integrates digital printing with key box making processes such as creasing, slotting, slitting, vibrating knife cutting, horizontal cutting, and glue spraying. This helps reduce separate production steps and allows manufacturers to respond faster to different box styles, changing order requirements, and customized packaging needs.
Compared with traditional printing methods that require printing plates and additional setup time, digital printing allows manufacturers to print different graphics and information directly from digital files. This is especially valuable for short-run production, multi-size box orders, repeat orders, and on-demand packaging production.
A Practical Solution for Modern Corrugated Packaging
The successful installation of the BM2800-Ultra in Henan marks another step in AOPACK’s development of integrated digital printing and box making solutions.
As corrugated packaging manufacturers face increasing demand for shorter runs, faster delivery, customized box designs, and variable printed information, integrated digital printing is becoming an important production capability.
With the BM2800-Ultra now running alongside the BM2508-Pro at the customer’s facility, AOPACK continues to provide practical, flexible, and production-oriented box making solutions for modern corrugated packaging manufacturers.
