The BM2800-Ultra corrugated box maker is equipped with a standard manual feeding system. Operators simply place corrugated sheets into the feeding area manually, and the machine uses a powerful vacuum suction system to automatically feed sheets into production.
The vacuum suction zone measures 2800mm in length, providing strong and consistent adsorption even for warped or bent cardboard, ensuring smooth feeding and minimizing downtime.

For higher efficiency and labor savings, the BM2800-Ultra corrugated box maker  supports an optional fully automatic cardboard feeding and box collecting system.
With this system, workers only need to place pallets of cardboard sheets onto the platform using a forklift. The machine will then automatically feed sheets continuously, process them into finished boxes, and neatly auto-stack the finished cartons without manual intervention. This greatly reduces labor intensity, improves production continuity, and keeps stacking tidy and orderly.

The BM2800-Ultra box making machine comes standard with 4 pre-creasing wheels and 4 creasing wheels, supporting up to 8 longitudinal creasing lines. The two rows of creasing wheels allow for a minimum 1mm distance between creases.
The pre-creasing function pre-flattens the creasing area on heavy-duty cardboard, effectively avoiding crease bursts or cracks during folding.

1. Equipped with advanced male-female creasing technology, the machine forms creases on both the outer liner and inner liner sides of the board.
Carton flaps can be folded inward and outward smoothly without burst. It effectively prevents surface cracking and ensures clean, crisp folds.

2. Inconsistent creasing line (offset crease) is specially designed for high-strength corrugated board.
Offset creasing is crucial for creating high-quality folds in double-wall or heavy-duty corrugated board. It prevents surface cracking and ensures a clean 90° or 180° bend, avoiding improper folding or damage to the finished carton.

Standard 500mm slotting knife, Max. slotting length is 3 times length of slotting knife. With optional 250mm slotting knife, the max. scoring length(box height) is 2800mm.

4 vertical slitting knives can cut 2-30mm corrugated cardboard. Tungsten steel slitting knives driven by independent motors.

Available to crease and crease circles, rectangles, slashes, curves, and other Irregular lines. No mold needed.
