Digital Printing for Corrugated Boxes
Help your box production line move faster from order to finished packaging. AOPACK’s integrated digital printing and box making workflow is designed for corrugated manufacturers that need shorter runs, faster changeovers, custom graphics, and on-demand production without the delays of traditional printing plates.
Top-Side Digital Printing Architecture
BM2800-Ultra uses a top-side digital printing architecture.
With the cardboard outer liner facing upward, BM2800-Ultra follows the standard top-down inkjet arrangement used in industrial digital printing. This keeps the printheads in their natural working position, making routine maintenance easier and supporting longer printhead service life.
Compared with bottom-up printing layouts, AOPACK’s top-side printing architecture provides a more practical and stable solution for integrated digital printing and corrugated box production.
Top-Side Printing = Stable Printing + Easier Maintenance + Longer Printhead Life

Print More Than Just Graphics
From logos to variable data, print exactly what each order requires.
The BM2800-Ultra digital printing system enables manufacturers to print logos, product graphics, text, QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers, shipping marks, and variable data directly onto corrugated board.
This makes it ideal for customized packaging, e-commerce fulfillment, product traceability, branded shipping cartons, and short-run production where flexibility is critical.
Whether printing one design or hundreds of different box layouts, BM2800-Ultra helps manufacturers respond faster to customer requirements while maintaining efficient production workflows.

Digital Printing Specifications and Capabilities
Integrated digital printing module for corrugated box production
The BM2800-Ultra digital printing system is designed for corrugated manufacturers that need high-resolution printing, flexible print positioning, and integrated box making in one production workflow.
Easy Operation with AOPACK Software
Windows-Based Control Interface
BM2800-Ultra uses a Windows-based operation interface designed for practical box production.
Operators can select common box types, enable digital printing, and combine printing with functions such as creasing, slotting, slitting, and vibrating knife cutting in one workflow.
Direct Artwork Import
AOPACK software can directly import common artwork formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, and PRN files.
For most standard printing jobs, operators can import the artwork directly into the machine software without using additional image processing software. This helps simplify job setup and makes repeat orders faster and easier to manage.
