An AOPACK BM3000-HD box making machine has been successfully relocated and recommissioned at a corrugated packaging facility in Poland.
Unlike a new machine installation, relocating an existing box maker requires careful preparation, handling, inspection and recalibration. After the BM3000-HD was moved to its new production position, the machine was inspected, adjusted and tested to ensure that it could return to normal corrugated box production.

Preparing the BM3000-HD for Relocation

Following relocation, the cutting knives and creasing units of the BM3000-HD were checked and recalibrated. Necessary adjustments were completed before trial production was carried out.
Test sheets were then processed to verify machine operation and finished-board quality.
After the inspection, calibration and production testing were completed, the BM3000-HD was successfully returned to normal operation.
Back in Production at the Customer’s Facility
The BM3000-HD heavy-duty box maker is designed for flexible production of short-run, customized and large-format corrugated boxes.
