How to inspect a new corrugated box making machine

You have purchased a corrugated cardboard box machine, when the machine is delivered how do you check that the quality of the machine meets your requirements? Here is a detailed description of the inspection process of the Aopack corrugated box-making machine.

1. Preparation before corrugated box making machine inspection

Here are a few things to keep in mind that you need to prepare in advance for the machine inspection. So that you can start the machine inspection process.

1) Get the corrugated box machine’s estimated finished date from the manufacturer

Contact your machine manufacturer to obtain the machine’s estimated production completion time. You will need to complete your pre-inspection preparations before this time.

List the functions you want to test, like clod gluing, flexo printing, vibrating knife cutting, handle-hole die cutting… etc.

Fefco 0110
The box style is for producing commercial sheets. The big size of cardboard is slitted into small pieces of cardboard. We will measure the commercial sheet sizes to ensure the dimension error is within the thousandth.

Fefco 0201
This is the most common box style we used to see in our daily lives. We usually use this box style to introduce the maximum and minimum sizes of Aopack machines that can process.

Fefco 0300
This is a telescopic box Fefco style. This is also a widely used box style in daily life.

Fefco 0415
This is a complicated folder-type box, It needs 4 creasing wheels and 4 vertical slitting knives to produce this box. Use this box style to check the creasing and slotting size accuracy.

Fefco 0501
This is a slide-type box style usually combined with the Fefco 0300 box style. If using thick cardboard to produce this box style, the glue flap crushing function is essential.

Fefco 0933
Interior fitments are widely used in packaging bottles and electrical appliances.

3. Aopack box machine package
