1. What is E-flute corrugated cardboard?

E-flute is the smallest and most common flute size for corrugated packaging. Its thickness typically ranges from 1.1-2 mm—contrast that with A-flute, which generally comes in at 4.5-5 mm—and it has a fine, compact structure that results in a smoother surface compared to larger flute sizes. E-flutes, also known as micro-corrugated carton boxes, are mainly used for packing small home appliances, etc.

2. What kind of flute Aopack Machine can process?

Aopack cardboard box making machine BM2508-Pro can process single/double wall corrugated cardboard, cardboard thickness range is 2-12mm, Maximum corrugated cardboard weight is 1200gsm. A flute, B flute, C flute, and E flute all can be processed, as long as the cardboard thickness is within the range 2-12mm. AB flute, CB flute, and BE flute can also be processed, as long as the cardboard weight is no larger than 1200gsm. Here is the machine parameter for reference.
