1. Manufacturing Carton Boxes for Ceramic Sanitary Ware Manufacturers

This factory is located in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, where the ceramic industry is well developed. There are many ceramic sanitary ware manufacturers, mainly producing toilets, washbasins and other ceramic products.

Mao Feng’s factory produces packaging boxes for these ceramic sanitary ware manufacturers. Because of so many local toilet brands, and toilet firing process differences. The result is that the shape and size of the carton boxes needed to pack the toilets varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and from batch to batch. These orders are the Aopack machine is good at processing.

2.The production problem with toilet packaging box

Because of the complexity of the toilet packaging box, the traditional carton factory can only process it by die-cutting in the past. However, the number of orders for each type of toilet packaging box is only dozens, and the size is different. Hundreds of orders per day, if each order to do a die-cutting mould, then the cost is too large, and it is not cost-effective.

So the traditional carton factory’s previous processing method first printing the cardboard using printing machine,  then use the paper-splitting machine to do the slitting and creasing. Finally using the slotting machine to make the slot and manually cut the irregular shape.

This results in frequent turnover of cardboard repeatedly on the machine processing. It has high labour costs and low efficiency. Two workers can only do about 200 pieces a day. Lack of competitiveness due to non-standard dimensions resulting from multiple processing.

3. Order 10 Sets of Aopack Box Machines

Qingdao Aopack service team understood the production needs of Mr. Chen’s factory. We developed the box style of toilet packaging box. And added this box style to the Aopack machine box style list. After many strict tests by Aopack QC team, the 1st Aopack machine landed in Mr. Chen’s factory in September 2022 and started the processing of toilet box. Although the diagonal part of the box still needs to be processed manually.

But compared with the previous traditional equipment greatly improves the efficiency. The factory is equipped with an ERP system. Aopack box machine and the digital printing machine,  two machines are connected to each other through the ERP system and perform production tasks together.
