2. Do you sell a box gluing machine?
We provide a hot melt gluing machine, please check the details in the Youtube video: https://youtu.be/JXeEV3ydp5Q. Also, we will integrate the cold glue device into BM2508 Plus in the near future. If you have any interest, please leave a message in our email and we will let you know as soon as we do.

3. Does your BM2508 support the print function?
Sorry, our machine does not support this feature at this time. We recommend that you use a digital or flexo printer.

4. Is it possible to cut handle holes on both sides of the outer box?
Yes, our BM2508 Plus machine can provide an optional manual punch module.

We are CE certified and third-party inspection company SGS provides inspection services.

8. Does the touch screen operating system software provide free updates?
Yes, when there is a schedule update, we will inform our customer of the schedule update.

9. Are there consumable parts of the equipment? Can you provide these parts for free?
On our previous equipment, the rubber roller under the cutting blade wore out easily. Now, we have developed a new mechanism, which is a fiberglass cutting comb, which is very resistant to cutting. It can be used for at least one year. If there is any broken, you can replace the worn comb separately. We will provide it for free within one year. 2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Qingdao city, Shandong province, China. Clients can take a flight to Qingdao Liuting International Airport and we will pick up clients here.

3. Can your products be customized?
Yes, we can print your logo on the machine. OEM is accepted.

4. What is your payment term?
PAY 50% DEPOSIT BY T/T before production.
PAY 50% OF THE BALANCE BY T/T after the goods pass inspection, before delivery.

5. How about the delivery time?
Production usually takes 45 business days.

8. Can you provide technical support abroad?
Yes, we will send our engineer to install and start the machine to ensure normal operation of the machine. In addition, we will provide maintenance training during installation.

9. Is there any warranty and after-sales service?
Yes, a 12-month warranty will be provided since customers receive the machine and start using it. Also, lifetime maintenance and remote technical support can be available.
