Today we will test the actual production speed of Aopack heavy duty carton box making machine.
1. Why box making machine production speed is important?
Traditional carton factories use die-cutting machines to produce high-volume carton box orders. The production speed of the machine is very crucial for them. Different box sizes and box styles require different customized moulds. The moulds are very expensive, and it takes a long time to switch moulds. It’s critical that the machine produces the order quickly and moves on to the next order as quickly as possible. The more orders finished means the more profit.
With the development of the economy, the competition among traditional carton box factories is becoming more and more intense. And order orders have become gradually scattered. Because of the high cost, small and medium volume carton orders are not suitable for traditional carton factories. Many customers are very concerned about the production speed of Aopack machines, so we arranged a practical test. We prepared 9 orders of different sizes and carton styles, producing 1 carton per order. The test was carried out in the showroom of Aopack factory, using heavy duty box maker BM3000-HD, which is our fully automatic slotting, slitting, creasing integrated box making machine that was launched at the end of 2023. In total, it took 80 seconds to complete the production of 10 carton box orders. So 450pcs can be produced in 1 hour. However, the actual carton box order of the carton factory rarely occurs 10 consecutive orders are different sizes and different box types, and each order quantity is only 1. If the box type or size of the same order, It can reduce the time to change the order. It is expected that the production speed can reach 600-960 pcs per hour.
Please note that this speed excludes the production speed of heavy duty cardboard. In the case of the production of AAA cardboard, Fefoc style 0201, production is 190pcs/hour. Fefoc style 0300 is 400pcs/hour.
