At AOPACK, we stand behind the quality of every box making machine we build. Your satisfaction and the reliable performance of our equipment are our top priority. This policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for defective or quality-related products.

1. Our Quality Commitment
Every machine is fully tested and inspected before shipment. If a product arrives defective or develops a quality-related fault, we will make it right — at our expense.

2. Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns of any product found to be defective due to a manufacturing or quality issue. A defective product may be returned for a replacement or a refund.

3. Replacement & Exchange
For any defective product or component, we provide a free replacement or exchange. We ship replacement units or parts as quickly as possible to minimize your downtime.

4. We Cover Quality-Related Losses
AOPACK takes responsibility for losses directly caused by a confirmed product quality issue. For confirmed quality defects, we cover:

Return and reshipment freight costs
The replacement product or parts
Repair costs directly arising from the defect

5. Return Window
Damage or defects on arrival: please inspect upon delivery and notify us within 30 days of receipt.
Quality issues during use: covered under our 12-month warranty from the delivery date.

6. How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Warranty Claim
Email info@aopackmachine.com with your order number.
Describe the issue and attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return/replacement instructions.

7. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and the defect confirmed, we process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. For quality-related defects, the refund covers the full cost of the product, and no restocking fee applies.

8. Conditions & Exclusions
This policy covers defects in materials, workmanship, and quality. It does not cover:

Damage from improper installation, operation, or maintenance not following our guidelines
Normal wear of consumable parts
Damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the specified operating conditions
