The combination of fluting types usually adopts AB type, AC type, BC type or BE type, etc., which is mainly used for packaging of single-piece light and easily broken inner packaging.
Seven-layer corrugated paper box
Seven-layer corrugated paper box is also called three-layer corrugated paper box, which is mainly used for packaging heavy goods, such as motorcycles, etc. The cardboard composition of the corrugated paper box is composed of face paper, corrugated core paper, core paper, corrugated core paper, core paper, corrugated core paper and inner paper. The corrugated flute type combination usually adopts BAC type.
Features
A flute: good elasticity, large height and spacing, good shock absorption, suitable for fragile products and products with high requirements for impact and collision;
B flute: suitable for making product packaging with rigidity and no shock absorption and protection performance, such as canned food, small packaged food, small hardware, etc.;
C flute: combines the characteristics of AB flute types, with sufficient rigidity and shock absorption performance;
E flute: can be a flat carton surface, better rigidity, suitable for high-quality printing, and saves transportation and storage space.
