Italian customer S is a large carton factory with a wide range of carton manufacturing equipment. The customer chose the Aopack Corrugated box making machine BM3000-HD, which is mainly used for the production of piecemeal orders to reduce the production pressure of high-speed production line. 1. Italian customer S runs large corrugated box factory

2. BM3000-HD produce FEFCO 0119 for Italian Customer

Today, our after-sales engineers visited our customer’s factory to train the workers on machine operation and daily maintenance. We produced one carton order, FEFCO 0119 box type, the total order quantity is only 160 sheets. If we use the traditional high speed carton production line to produce this order, just the cost of making the mold will be very expensive, and the notice to adjust the machine also need a very long time. Workers place the corrugated cardboard on the machine and simply enter the corrugated cardboard size and the size of the carton to be produced onto the machine screen and the machine will automatically perform the production task. One sheet of corrugated cardboard can produce four cartons.
