The customer had previously installed an Aopack BM3000-HD Heavy Duty box making machine in July 2025. Customized to meet the unique production requirements of the U.S. facility, this corrugated carton box making machine is equipped with two Flexo Printing Systems and a Cold Gluing System.

With this configuration, the customer can simply place corrugated board in the feeding area, input the desired box dimensions via the touchscreen interface, and within seconds receive fully printed and glued cartons. This integration allows all production steps—printing, cutting, folding, and gluing—to be completed on a single box maker machine, eliminating the need for additional equipment and streamlining the entire manufacturing workflow.
